Only the include of sys/wait.h tests HAVE_SYS_WAIT_H.
[!VMS] (WCOREDUMP, WEXITSTATUS, WIFEXITED, WIFSTOPPED, WIFSIGNALED)
(WSTOPSIG, WTERMSIG): Define each one independently if not defined already.
